Sheet Metal Cutting Dies
Sheet metal cutting dies are metal die used to separate and transform flat sheet or strip metal into desired profiles or dimensions within specified tolerances. They consist of male and female dies that correspond to the shape of the cut part. The male die passes through the fixed female die, and the material between them is cut by wedge-shaped edges. High precision and superior quality are the main characteristics of sheet metal die cutting processes.

The process begins by placing the material and the cutting die into the cutting machine. The material passes through the machine, and the die cuts it into the desired shape. Tons of metal and other materials are processed using cutting dies. The material is automatically fed into the cutting machine, pressed, cut, and then removed.

Various metal and non-metal raw materials such as aluminum, steel, titanium, precision casting, engineering plastics, etc. are processed using high-tech CNC turning and milling machines in accordance with relevant standards and customer specifications.
Programs are prepared and manufacturing is carried out using CAD/CAM applications on all our machines. Special cutting tools, gauges, and test fixtures are designed and produced in-house.
All production information is stored in the corporate memory with the help of the ERP program. This ensures the reproducibility of identical and high-quality productions even after years have passed.
